    Update 1:

    sasepCREDIT REPORT

sasepCREDIT REPORT is a subcomponent of the SASEP platform designed:

    1. To grade service performance of financial institutions, and
    2. Management performance of consumers of financial services in the resource poor settings.

The sasepCREDIT REPORT is designed to:

    1. Set objective criteria for measuring the performance of financial operators in point a and b above.
    2. Set a database that systematically collects and organizes performance data on financial institutions and financial consumers of the resource poor settings.
    3. Set a communication platform for systematically reporting performance data to supervising financial institutions such as the World Bank.
    4.   Set a communication platform for systematically reporting credit management performance data to other financial credit providers such as stores and banks.

Like any other component of the SASEP platform the sasepCREDIT REPORT is designed to operate through the private sector. sasepCREDIT REPORT services are provided for a fee.  Our analysis predicts that the sasepCREDIT REPORT will:

    1. Promote a safer financial environment
    2. Promote trust in financial operations
    3. Generate a financial framework that penalizes bad performance and rewards good performance.

Contribution to helping government fight terrorism and corruption program

Like any legitimate financial institution, the sasep program contains a component dedicated to helping governments fight terrorism and corruption.

    a) In Line with US MCC and UN MDG now UN SDG

The program aims to eliminate despair and restore hope and reporting to malicious acts to appropriate authorities, while empowering the private sector.

Based on exploratory data collected by the Biotech tropicana, IncMICRO FINANCIAL, we hypothesize that mismanagement of their meager resources is more damaging to the development of resource poor countries than availability of resources.

“In these situations more aid money can actually be counterproductive because it subsidizes bad policies, delays reforms, and crowd out private investment”. See George W. BUSH and the United States Millennium Challenge Account.

"When governments failed to meet the most basic needs of their people, these failed states can become havens for terror"

See George W. BUSH, and the United States Millennium Challenge Account

"In many poor nations corruption runs deep, private property is unprotected, markets are closed, monetary and fiscal policies are unsustainable, private contracts are unenforceable"

See George W. BUSH and the US Millennium Challenge Account.

    b) In Line with guidelines of the African court for peoples and human rights

The sasepCREDIT REPORT will contribute to the protection of the human rights of the poor clients of our products in Africa

SasepCREDIT REPORT is a program of the Biotech tropicana Systems designed to make profit while at the same time helping governments and the population fight terrorism and corruption.

*An institution with a negative credit score as determined by sasepCREDIT REPORT SHALL NOT be eligible for partnership with the Biotech tropicana Systems.

    Update 2:

    SMARTb-fishMarketRESCUE Project initiated.

    Purpose

To explore market alternatives for fishing products in Benin republic.

    Basis:

Fish farms locally called “aquaculture’ is well developed in the southern part of the country. The fish farmers are private entrepreneurs that relied heavily on the market of neighbouring state of Nigeria to sell their fish products. Many operate with loans provided by local banks and operate with employees that depend on their fish farmer employers for salary. The devaluation of the Nigerian currency, the Naira, is having a negative impact on the business of Benin republic fish farmers. Without a market alternative,

    1. the Benin republic fish farmers may experience bankrupt,
    2. inability to repay loans to banks consistent with terms of loans contacted, and
    3. lost of employment for their fellow citizens.

The Biotech tropicana,InCAU SASEP program is designed exactly to address such development challenges.

    Objectives:

    1. To collect data on current fish market context in Benin republic, particularly from the enterprise organization of fish farmers. Fishing of savage fish is also practiced in Benin republic.
    2. Using data collected explore market alternatives for fish farmers.
    3. Design a market model for Benin republic fish farmers in the SASEP platform.

    Outcomes targeted:

    1. To create alternative market solutions to Benin republic fish farmers in the SASEP Stock Exchange market
    2. To reduce of late loan re-payment to banks
    3. To save employments for their fellow citizens.
