    TRUST TEST RESULT:

    In partnership initiation protocol, partnership initiator, the Biotech tropicana Systems had many options to directly submit protocol to the end partner sought. Yet, for practical purpose the protocol was designed to include contact point 1. A TRUST TEST was designed to test contact point ability to collaborate in complex banking operations by submitting contact point 1 with a first easy operation to transmit protocol to the end partner sought. Contact point 1 falsified data by reformulating instructions of partnership initiator into own instructions and insist on applying own instructions despite clear explanations of partnership initiator. Data falsification is a serious violation, particularly in banking operations, and act of bad moral character under policy 21 of the Biotech tropicana Systems.

    Analysis:

    The objectives of partnership initiator are to establish a long term partnership with end partner, that is sustainable and beneficial to all parties. For a multiple parties partnership to be successful and long lasting, all parties must demonstrate TRUST and good moral character. By falsifying data, and reformulating instructions of partnership initiator, contact point 1 FAILED the TRUST TEST.

     

    DECISION:

    1. For failing the TRUST TEST, contact point 1 is OUT of the partnership protocol owned and initiated by the Biotech tropicana Systems.
    2. For falsifying data, an act of bad moral character under policy 21 of the Biotech tropicana Systems, contact point 1 is bared from any form of collaboration or association with any activity of any unit of the Biotech tropicana Systems TO THE EMD OF TIME.

    PERSPECTIVES:

    1. New contact point must be explored, alternatively
    2. The protocol must be revised to eliminate the needs for a contact point.

    According to bank agent closing operation was processed by agency in Cotonou, Benin where account was opened. Bank agent in Parakou, Benin provided account status on date as requested.

    Basis of Request

    Excessive delay in the account closing and credit card application cancellation processes, compared to timeline in similar operations previously performed in local banks.

    It is imperative that the easier processes of closing of the account and the cancellation of the credit application be documented to avoid any potential risk of dealing with a more complex identify theft issues in the future.
